Sanchez & Piñon are the proud sponsors of the Sanchez & Piñon Teacher Appreciation Award for Rio Rancho Public School teachers since 2015.
Our attorneys, Anita Sanchez and Aaron Piñon, are products of great, caring and hard working teachers. Teachers dedicate their lives, day in and day out, to teach our children and prepare them for the future, with little to no recognition. Sanchez & Piñon wanted to recognize and honor this admirable and hard work by our teachers in our community.
Each year, Sanchez & Piñon seeks nominations from parents, students and community members for Rio Rancho Public School teachers that go above and beyond for our Rio Rancho students. One teacher is selected from each of RRPS’ 19 schools and recognized and awarded for their outstanding work with our students by Sanchez & Piñon. At the end of the year, all 19 recipients are invited to a banquet celebrating them and one lucky winner receives a summer getaway as Sanchez & Piñon’s gratitude for the dedication to our children.
Cleveland High School and Rio Rancho High School Athletics- Sanchez & Piñon are proud sponsors of Cleveland Storm Athletics and Rio Rancho Ram Athletics. Every year Sanchez & Piñon provides t-shirts to fans of both Cleveland and Rio Rancho High School and sponsors banners, supporting these two schools’ athletic programs. Education is key to our children’s futures in Rio Rancho. Athletics supplement that education, teaching teamwork, discipline and spirit. Anita Sanchez’s children have attended and will attend Rio Rancho High School. Aaron Piñon’s children attend and will attend Cleveland High School. The rivalry is real, but the support of both is unified. Sanchez & Piñon is proud of Cleveland High School and Rio Rancho High School and is dedicated to support both athletic programs.
